ABOUT THE PROGRAM

A panel discussion among leading women in the world of commercial real estate who will talk about their leadership roles in major companies and what their most significant challenges have been and continue to be in 2023. The panel will give insight into how to set yourself apart as a leader; how you contribute as a thought leader in commercial real estate or as a CEO or partner in your company; and how we as women lead, and how it is different from our male compatriots. They will discuss what CEOs and other leaders need to consider when providing effective leadership in 2023 and how those qualities changed with the pandemic in the work-from-home ethos preferred by so many.
