Live Webcast

Blank Rome associate Jillian M. Taylor will serve as a speaker at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s (“PBI”) Technology Institute 2023, being held March 28 and 29, 2023, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:20 p.m. each day, as a live online webcast.

Speakers for this two-day program will delve into a broad spectrum of Intellectual Property practice issues, including the latest developments in patent, copyright, trademark and trade secret law over the last year, including the latest trends and issues involving technology innovations, such as artificial intelligence and blockchain and cryptocurrency, with a focus on the impact on firms and their clients. Attendees will get a unique educational experience by designing their own path to suit their particular practice needs.

Jillian’s session, “Copyright Year in Review,” will take place on Wednesday, March 29, and she will be joined for the session by Laura Genovese, principal at K & G Law LLC.

The panel will review current developments in copyright law, including decisions since April 2022, Copyright Office developments, and cases to watch.
