J.F. Lehman & Co. Acquires US Joiner LLC & Turnbull LLC
Blank Rome represented J.F. Lehman & Company (“J.F. Lehman”), a middle-market private equity firm focused on the defense, aerospace and maritime sectors, in its acquisition of US Joiner LLC and Turnbull LLC (together, “US Joiner”). The transaction closed on June 27, 2011 and the terms were undisclosed.
