A Blank Rome team represented Welcome Group in its $49 million purchase of Hyatt Place El Segundo, a 143-key hotel near LAX in El Segundo, California, from Washington Holdings and in related purchase financing from Commercial Bank of California. The deal closed on September 14, 2022.
