Blank Rome represents Singer Equipment Company, Inc., the leading restaurant equipment and supplies dealer in the mid-Atlantic region and sixth largest in the country, in its acquisition of the business of Earnest Ventures, Incorporated, a food service equipment business focusing on multi-unit restaurants, national and regional chain work and independent restaurant operators. The Blank Rome team was led by Kipp B. Cohen, Brock Wittmeyer, Mat Rotenberg, Adam Sansweet, Cory Jacobs. The transaction closed on January 3, 2019 and the terms were not disclosed.
