Blank Rome represented QualTek USA, LLC (“QualTek”), in its sale to Brightstar Capital Partners in partnership with senior management of QualTek. Based in King of Prussia, PA, QualTek is a leading provider of turnkey solutions, including engineering, installation, fulfillment and program management, to the North American telecommunications and power sectors. The Closing occurred on July 18, 2018 and the terms were not disclosed.
The Blank Rome team included Kipp Cohen, Timothy French, Matt Altomare, Shlomo Troodler and Mat Rotenberg.
