Blank Rome represented Mindseye Solutions, LLC, a Virginia LLC, in its sale of substantially all of its assets to Reveal Data Corporation. Mindseye’s business includes developing, marketing, and selling eDiscovery software. The Blank Rome team was led by Brendan Delany, Joshua Strober, and Pete Tsoflias, and included Michael Green, Michael Kadlec, Brooke Iley, Shaun Bockert, and Meredith Mill. The transaction closed on May 31, 2019.
