Blank Rome Represents Inframark in Its Acquisition of CMA
A Blank Rome team represented Inframark, a leading American infrastructure services company focused on the operation and maintenance of water and wastewater systems, management of community infrastructure, and back-office services, in its acquisition of Certified Management of Austin, a preferred provider of financial, administrative, and support services within the greater Austin, Texas market.
The transaction closed on August 31, 2022.
