Blank Rome represented HealthVerity, Inc., a technology platform for the rapid creation, exchange and management of healthcare and consumer data, in connection with $25 million of Series C funding led by existing investor Foresite Capital with participation from Flare Capital Partners, Greycroft Partners and other existing investors. The Blank Rome deal team was led by Lou Rappaport, and included, Rachel Packer, Courtney Presswood, and Lisa Casey Spaniel. The transaction closed on April 3, 2019.
