A Blank Rome team represented Adara Acquisition Corp., a publicly traded special purpose acquisition company, or SPAC, in closing its business combination with Alliance Entertainment Holding Corporation, on February 10, 2023. The pro forma equity value of the transaction was approximately $480 million at the time of closing.
Alliance is a leading global wholesaler, direct-to-consumer distributor and e-commerce provider for the entertainment industry. Alliance serves as the gateway between well-known international branded manufacturers of entertainment content.
