John Paul G. Dominguez concentrates his practice on commercial finance, restructuring, and bankruptcy matters.

John Paul previously served as a law clerk and summer associate at Blank Rome. Prior to joining the firm, John Paul served as a paralegal at a personal injury law firm in New York.

During law school, John Paul served as a research and teaching assistant, member of the Dean’s Leadership Council, and legal scholarship editor for the New York Law School Law Review.
