Andrew White concentrates his practice on a wide range of finance, restructuring, and bankruptcy matters, with extensive experience working with financial institutions.
Prior to joining Blank Rome, Andrew was an examiner for the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago where he provided regulatory oversight to banks, bank holding companies, and foreign banking organizations with assets ranging from $500 million to $150 billion. In this role, he examined financial institution investment portfolios, secured and unsecured loan portfolios, and related legal documentation for conformity with financial regulations; collaborated with financial institution board and senior management to address discriminatory lending practices and disclosure requirements for commercial and consumer loan documents; and reviewed financial institutions for conformity with regulatory requirements prior to merger, acquisition, or new banking activity approval.
While in law school, Andrew served as student articles editor of the Loyola University Chicago Law Journal and had legal experience as a law clerk. Prior to attending law school, Andrew held management roles in the banking and finance industry.
Outside the Firm
Andrew enjoys seeing comedians, rock climbing, and spending time with family and friends.
