Andrew J. White

Biography

Andrew White concentrates his practice on a wide range of finance, restructuring, and bankruptcy matters, with extensive experience working with and counseling financial institutions and other lenders throughout the life of a lending relationship, including secured and unsecured financings, loan workouts, and restructurings. Andrew regularly represents clients in transactions across many industries, including healthcare, technology, commodities, financial services, and manufacturing.

Prior to joining Blank Rome, Andrew worked in the supervision and regulation department of the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago where he provided regulatory oversight to banks, bank holding companies, and foreign banking organizations with assets ranging from $500 million to $150 billion.

While in law school, Andrew served as student articles editor of the Loyola University Chicago Law Journal and had legal experience as a law clerk. Prior to attending law school, Andrew held management roles in the banking and finance industry.

Outside the Firm

Andrew enjoys practicing jiu-jitsu, seeing comedians, rock climbing, and spending time with family and friends.
