UHLC Alumna Susan Bickley ’84 Named Exceptional Leader in Law by Houston Business Journal
Blank Rome Partner Susan L. Bickley, who serves as chair of the Firm's Houston office, was featured in a University of Houston Law Center alumni spotlight regarding her notable recognitions from this year, Houston Business Journal’s Women Who Mean Business Award and the Law Center's President's Award.

University of Houston Law Center graduate Susan Bickley ‘84 has won a 2019 Women Who Mean Business Award from the Houston Business Journal.
“I am very honored and excited to have been recognized,” Bickley said. “My law firm, Blank Rome LLP, generously nominated me for the award.”
A gala was held to honor the spotlighted women, all of whom were named outstanding business leaders in fields such as finance, health care and real estate, among others.
“That night I especially enjoyed hearing about the backgrounds and contributions of the other women award winners, which underscored for me the essential and growing role that women hold among Houston’s business leadership and in all areas of its economy,” she said. “Frankly, it was humbling to be recognized together with these other women leaders.”
