Blank Rome Partner Caroline Powell Donelan, who serves as co-chair of the firm's General Litigation practice group, was interviewed on Women, Diversity and Change Podcast, hosted by Steve Camac, President of CenterForce USA. In this episode, Caroline discusses how being harassed as a summer intern at a former workplace informed her ideas on the importance of self-advocacy, diversity at the leadership level, and mandatory training for all. She also offers her insight on how companies and firms can help to create change at every level. In addition, Caroline provides perspectives on how organizations can implement diversity, equity, and inclusion programs effectively to create change from the top down and how we can learn from failures and change our behavior on a micro-level to reach our full potential at work and in life.
