Art is a national trial counsel for major carriers and companies. Art also represented a hospital system that had employed a nurse who confessed to being a serial killer, and defended more than 35 cases to successful resolutions without a trial.

At Blank Rome, Art concentrates his practice on commercial and tort litigation with substantial emphasis upon matters and contracts arising from aviation, medical malpractice, product liability, insurance coverage, environmental exposures, professional negligence, E&O, and concussion litigation.

As a pilot, Art is a director of the Lawyer-Pilots Bar Association and has been a frequent speaker at its annual meetings.
