Blank Rome Welcomes New Restructuring & Bankruptcy Associate in New York

Blank Rome LLP is pleased to announce that Philip Guffy has joined the Firm’s New York office as an associate in the Finance, Restructuring, and Bankruptcy group.  

Philip joins the Firm from Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP. He concentrates his practice on complex restructuring and bankruptcy matters and related litigation. Philip previously served as a judicial intern and then law clerk to Chief Judge Carla E. Craig of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of New York.

Philip is admitted to practice in New York and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. He earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from Brooklyn Law School where he served as an associate managing editor of the Brooklyn Law Review and a member of the moot court team. He received his B.A. from the University of Houston.
