Blank Rome Welcomes New Finance & Restructuring Associate in Philadelphia
Blank Rome LLP is pleased to announce that Jose F. Bibiloni has joined the Firm’s Philadelphia office as an associate in the Finance, Restructuring, and Bankruptcy group, which welcomed corporate finance partner Shadi Enos Jahangir in the Los Angeles office earlier this month.
Mr. Bibiloni joins the Firm from Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell LLP where he represented debtors, debtors-in-possession, and other parties in interest in all aspects of chapter 11. At Blank Rome, Mr. Bibiloni will continue to focus his practice primarily on corporate restructuring, bankruptcy matters, and financing transactions.
Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and Delaware, Mr. Bibiloni earned his J.D. from the Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law where he served as a staff and articles editor of the Temple Law Review. He received his B.A. in History and International Affairs, summa cum laude, from Florida State University.
