Blank Rome Welcomes New Finance Associate in Los Angeles
Blank Rome LLP is pleased to announce that Steven E. Economou has joined the Firm’s Los Angeles office as an associate in the Finance, Restructuring, and Bankruptcy group, which also welcomed associate Philip Guffy in New York earlier this month.
Steven joins the Firm from Elkins Kalt Weintraub Reuben Gartside LLP. He primarily represents banks, financial institutions, and borrowers in connection with a wide range of transactions, including asset-based lending, secured transactions, and commercial financing. He also represents clients in M&A and corporate transactions.
Admitted to practice in California, Steven received his J.D. from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, his M.B.A. from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business, and his B.A. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
