Blank Rome LLP is pleased to announce that Alix L. Udelson has joined the Firm’s Houston office as an associate in the Labor & Employment group, which welcomed Ted D. Meyer as a partner in the same office last month. Alix and Ted both join the Firm from Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart, P.C. She routinely devises and reviews employment guidelines and policies, as well as employment agreements and restrictive covenants. She also regularly works with human resources and in-house legal departments to address an array of workplace legal issues, including investigations into claims of workplace impropriety, leaves of absence, disciplinary actions, workplace safety, reductions in force, and wage and hour compliance.
Admitted to practice in Texas, Alix earned her J.D. from South Texas College of Law and her B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin.
