Blank Rome Welcomes Commercial Litigation Associate in Los Angeles
Blank Rome LLP is pleased to announce that Erica R. Graves has joined the firm’s Commercial Litigation group as an associate in the Los Angeles office. Her addition further expands the firm’s West Coast presence, which has strategically grown this year with the recent additions of a prominent Privacy, Security & Data Protection team in Orange County as well as partners Arash Beral and Anthony R. Callobre and associates Katie Pandolfini, Allen Ho, and Saam Takaloo in Los Angeles.
Erica joins Blank Rome from Troutman Pepper Hamilton Sanders LLP. Erica advises companies regarding compliance with new and ongoing regulations relating to advertising, labeling, and other consumer practices. Erica has also represented large companies in an array of complex matters, including environmental enforcement actions, False Claims Act claims, and consumer fraud litigation. Erica participated in a 10-month criminal bribery trial resulting in full acquittal. Additionally, Erica has deep experience in intellectual property litigation, and has represented an astronaut, artists, apparel companies, and numerous other clients in copyright, trademark, trade dress, and right of publicity matters.
Prior to law school, Erica worked in the Napa Valley wine industry for six years, making, analyzing, and selling wine for some of the Valley’s most prestigious labels.
Admitted to practice in California, Erica earned her J.D., Order of the Coif, from Pepperdine University School of Law, and her B.S. in Microbiology and Immunology from the University of Melbourne.
