Blank Rome Welcomes Two Litigation Associates in Los Angeles
Blank Rome LLP is pleased to announce that Allen Ho and Saam Takaloo have joined the firm’s General Litigation group as associates in the Los Angeles office. Their additions further expand the firm’s West Coast presence, which has strategically grown this year with the recent additions of a prominent Privacy, Security & Data Protection team in Orange County as well as partners Arash Beral and Anthony R. Callobre and associate Katie Pandolfini in Los Angeles.
Allen joins the firm from Best Best & Krieger LLP. He concentrates his practice on a wide range of litigation matters, with experience handling all stages of litigation. In addition to his litigation experience, Allen also has experience handling finance matters, including representing debtors regarding undisclosed assets of estate in numerous Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases.
Allen is admitted to practice in California and the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. He earned his J.D. from New York University School of Law and his B.A. in English and Legal Studies from the University of California at Berkeley.
Saam joins the firm from Early Sullivan Wright Gizer & McRae LLP. He concentrates his practice on a wide range of litigation matters, including complex commercial, entertainment, real estate, and intellectual property cases in both state and federal courts. He has experience handling all phases of litigation on behalf of multinational corporations, large financial institutions, real estate developers, high-net-worth individuals, and various entertainment industry clients.
Saam is admitted to practice in California and the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. He earned his J.D. from Loyola Law School and his B.A. in International Relations and Global Business from the University of Southern California.
