Dayna C. Finkelstein Profile Excerpt:
Dayna Finkelstein, Partner, Blank Rome
Practice Profile: Finkelstein concentrates her practice in commercial real estate matters. She represents real estate owners, borrowers, developers, tenants, and stakeholders in both local and national transactions involving a wide range of asset classes.
Leadership Activity: Finkelstein serves on the firm’s alumni committee (2019-Present), she is a career development adviser for junior associates (2017-present), a former member of the firm’s associates committee (2014 and 2015) and was selected as a firm preceptor (mentor) to summer associates through the firm’s summer associate program (summers 2014 through 2017).
Pro Bono and Civic Work: Finkelstein is active in pro bono work and community organizations. She recently completed a long-term pro bono project through Compass from November 2020-May 2021, where she worked closely with a local nonprofit organization and a team of other professionals to analyze the organization’s existing and future funding strategy.
Since 2017, she has been an adjunct professor at Drexel’s Thomas R. Kline School of Law where she has taught contract drafting and real estate transactions courses to 2nd and 3rd year law students.
She is an active member of the Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia and is a member of Jewish Federation of North America’s National Young Leadership Cabinet.

Samar Aryani-Sabet Profile Excerpt:
Samar Aryani-Sabet, Associate, Blank Rome
Practice Profile: Aryani-Sabet concentrates her practice on intellectual property and technology. Her work impresses her peers and clients, and ranges from litigation matters to transactional matters to client counseling.
In her litigation practice, her efforts representing clients in infringement and counterfeiting cases have resulted in permanent injunctions to stop the distribution of unlawful products and favorable judgments for damages and fees. In two such cases, the respective courts awarded more than a million dollars in damages to clients.
Leadership Activity: She is currently a member of the firm’s attorney recruitment and retention subcommittee. She serves on the firm’s Philadelphia pro bono steering committee, the women’s forum committee and is a member of the BR Pride (LQBTQ+) affinity group.
Pro Bono and Civic Work: Aryani-Sabet has logged 112.5 pro bono hours in 2020.
She serves as a trainer, mentor and volunteer for the firm’s pro bono partnership with the Transgender Legal Defense and Education Fund to assist transgender and nonbinary individuals in legal name change cases. She assisted pro bono clients with trademark and copyright matters, assisted pro bono clients with drafting technology agreements. She also served on the firm’s voter protection committee and served as a poll worker in the 2020 presidential election.
