About Natalie Alameddine

Natalie Alameddine concentrates her practice on labor and employment law, where she defends employers in single-plaintiff and class action employment matters. Natalie represents and counsels employers in a wide range of labor and employment matters, including federal and California wage and hour issues,c lass actions and PAGA representative actions, discrimination and harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and misclassification.

In September 2020, Natalie accepted a position with the LACBA (Los Angeles County Bar Association) Barrister’s Section as liaison to the Labor & Employment Section for a two-year term, and currently serves as a member of the Barrister’s Executive Committee. Natalie is a member of the labor and employment section of the California State Bar Association, and a board member of the Arab-American Lawyers of Southern California. She also serves as co-chair of the UC Hastings Alumni West LA Chapter.

In 2022, Natalie was appointed to Law360 Employment Authority’s Discrimination Editorial Board, whose purpose is to get feedback on Law360’s coverage and to gain insight from leaders in the field on how best to shape future coverage. She was named a Los Angeles “Rising Star” in Employment Litigation by Super Lawyers in 2022 and was listed as "One to Watch," Labor and Employment Law - Management by Best Lawyers in America© from 2021–2022.
