The Women’s Business Awards Program recognizes women in leadership in Southern California based on five distinct categories: Woman of Entrepreneurship, Woman of Business, Woman of Philanthropy, Woman of Diversity, and Woman of Promise. Honorees are recognized on court at a Lakers game.

At Blank Rome, Caroline provides advice and defense counsel in all areas of employment law compliance and litigation, including wage and hour class and representative actions, wrongful termination and retaliation, discrimination, harassment, trade secret disputes, data protection, and alleged fiduciary breaches.
