Cheryl S. Chang serves as Partner and Co-Vice Chair, of Blank Rome’s Financial Institutions Litigation and Regulatory Compliance group. Cheryl was the firm’s first female Asian-American partner. Recognizing Cheryl, the Los Angeles Business Journal writes: “Cheryl Chang is a leader and formidable litigator who consistently achieves favorable outcomes for her clients in complex corporate matters using her creative, pragmatic approach to conflict resolution in litigation, trial, and settlement negotiations. Chang litigates for significant corporate and entertainment clients before statPe and local courts in the areas of intellectual property, antitrust, and consumer class action defense. Shadi Enos Jahangir

Shadi Enos Jahangir serves as a Partner of Blank Rome’s Finance group and focuses her practice on commercial lending and corporate finance. Shadi was previously named with this honor in 2021. Recognizing Shadi, the Los Angeles Business Journal writes: “Jahangir’s more than 10 years of experience includes widely syndicated, club and single-lender representation in complex cross-border financings, restructurings, acquisition financings, recapitalizations, traditional asset-based lending facilities, and debt financings for technology companies. She also represents clients in senior-secured, first-lien/second-lien, mezzanine, unitranche, and unsecured financing transactions.”
