Blank Rome Ranked Fifth Nationally in The American Lawyer’s 2023 Midlevel Associates Survey
Blank Rome LLP is pleased to announce that our firm has once again been recognized among the top law firms for midlevel associate satisfaction in The American Lawyer’s Midlevel Associates Survey, ranking #5 nationally in the 2023 survey. Blank Rome was also ranked as one of the top five firms in the survey’s technology section, which measures satisfaction with firm-provided technology and training.
Additionally, Blank Rome performed very well in the individual cities in which it was ranked: #1 in Philadelphia, #3 in Washington, D.C., and #18 in New York.
The annual survey asked third-, fourth-, and fifth-year associates at Am Law 200 firms to examine 12 aspects of job satisfaction, including: compensation and benefits; training and guidance; relationships with partners and other associates; interest in and satisfaction level with the work; the firm’s policy on billable hours; and management’s openness about firm strategies and partnership chances.
