Caregivers face unprecedented challenges during this pandemic. We have come to know these trials well, and they have brought caregiving employees to a breaking point. Some studies estimate more than 800,000 women left the workforce in August and September alone.
How can we juggle our jobs as lawyers with our roles as parents, teachers, caregivers, and life partners? There are no easy answers or playbook to follow.
A dynamic panel will present a frank and open discussion about these hardships—highlighting options for workplace accommodations and practical mental-health and life-balancing tips.
