Blank Rome partner Adam V. Orlacchio will serve as a panelist at the Delaware State Bar Association’s (“DSBA”) Fundamentals of Civil Litigation 2022 CLE event being held November 9, 2022, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. EST, in Wilmington, Delaware, and online via Zoom.

The full-day program will give an overview of civil litigation best practices for each of the courts in Delaware, from the filing of a complaint to the completion of an appeal.

Adam will join The Honorable Sherry R. Fallon, United States District Court for the District of Delaware, to speak to these issues as they relate to civil litigation practice before the United States District Court for the District of Delaware in the “U.S. District Court Practice” session, which will take place at 9:45 a.m. EST. The event is hosted by the DSBA’s Litigation Section. The Litigation Section’s mission is to advance the interests of attorneys and the judiciary in the litigation of civil matters in Delaware and lead efforts to serve the community and foster professionalism and camaraderie in the DSBA.

He frequently advises clients on complex commercial, corporate, and employment litigation matters. Adam has been active in the Delaware State Bar Association for over 10 years. In 2016, he was elected to serve as Chair for the Litigation Section, and previously served one term as Vice-Chair, one term as Secretary, and two previous terms as a Council Member for the Litigation Section. From 2019 to 2021, Adam also served two terms on the DSBA Executive Committee, which serves as the Board of Directors for the bar association statewide.
