U.S. District Court Practice

Blank Rome Partner Adam V. Orlacchio will serve as a panelist at the Delaware State Bar Association’s (“DSBA”) Fundamentals of Civil Litigation 2020 CLE event, which will be held October 8, 2020, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. EDT, online via Zoom.

The full-day program features presentations from Delaware’s judges and practitioners representing each of Delaware’s courts, and focuses on providing tips for litigating before Delaware’s courts, practice pitfalls to avoid, and court updates.

Adam will speak to these issues as they relate to civil litigation practice before the United States District Court for the District of Delaware in his session, “U.S. District Court Practice,” which will take place at 9:45 a.m. EDT.

The event will be held online via Zoom and is hosted by the DSBA’s Litigation Section, of which Adam formerly held positions as chair, vice-chair, secretary, and council member. The Litigation Section’s mission is to advance the interests of attorneys and the judiciary in the litigation of civil matters in Delaware and lead efforts to serve the community and foster professionalism and camaraderie in the DSBA.
