Blank Rome Partner Stephen T. Whelan will speak on a roundtable panel at the 2018 Legal Forum of the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association (“ELFA”), being held May 6 through 8, 2018, at the Omni Shoreham Hotel in Washington, D.C.
Steve’s session, “E- Leasing: Beyond the Law,” will take place on Tuesday, May 8, from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. and will explore the most significant operational and documentation issues you will need to address to implement a digital solution. This session will also explore “blockchain” technology and its use in the context of equipment finance.
