Distressed Debt

Blank Rome partner Ira L. Herman will serve as a speaker at the New York State Bar Association (“NYSB”) Real Property Law Section’s Summer Meeting 2023, being held June 22 through 25, 2023, in Saratoga Springs, New York.

Ira will survey key market and legal issues concerning distressed commercial real estate in 2023, including restructuring and bankruptcy issues. His session will take place on Friday, June 23, from 9:45 to 10:35 a.m.
