During the coronavirus COVID-19 global pandemic, businesses of all types are facing unprecedented challenges. Some businesses have been shuttered due to stay-at-home orders. Others have been operating with reduced capacity and with reduced hours but are considered essential.
While some landlords are receiving mortgage forbearance from their respective banking institutions, they may or may not pass along similar relief to their commercial tenants. Businesses have to consider what options they have as we continue to operate on shaky ground.
Ross will talk about ways businesses may be able to approach some of the COVID-19-related leasing concerns.
