US Joiner, a J.F. Lehman Portfolio Company, Acquires Infinity Marine Offshore, LLC
Blank Rome represented US Joiner, a leading independent domestic provider of turnkey marine joiner and furniture solutions for the U.S. Government and commercial customers and a portfolio company of J.F. Lehman & Company, in its acquisition of Infinity Marine Offshore, LLC, a leading provider of turnkey marine joiner solutions to the offshore oil and gas market. The transaction closed on October 2, 2012.
Infinity is headquartered in Houston, Texas and it has operations in Brazil. This acquisition will enable US Joiner to further establish its position in the offshore oil and gas market segment and provide it a presence in Brazil.
