Today Blackbaud, the leading provider of software for powering social impact, announced its settlement with 49 state Attorneys General and the District of Columbia related to its 2020 security incident. Blank Rome was proud to represent Blackbaud in fully resolving this previously disclosed ransomware matter with these Attorneys General.
