Blank Rome was pleased to advise PointsBet Holdings Limited and its subsidiary, Premier Turf Club, LLC, on a groundbreaking transaction with 1/ST Technology, a business division of The Stronach Group, which will provide market-leading horse racing betting products that will be fully integrated within the PointsBet sportsbook app. The partnership creates an opportunity for PointsBet to offer advance deposit wagering on horse racing both in states where PointsBet offers sports betting and in states where PointsBet currently does not offer sports betting.
