A Blank Rome team successfully represented Preble-Rish Haiti S.A. (“PRH”) in obtaining an Order from the Southern District of New York confirming an arbitration award against the Republic of Haiti and Bureau De Monetisation de Programmes d’Adie au Developpement in the amount of $28.2M (USD). The award was issued on August 23, 2022.
