Maggie concentrates her practice on cross-border transactions, dispute resolution, corporate governance, and compliance. Educated in mainland China and Taiwan, she has a deep understanding of how to assist clients in complicated legal and regulatory issues involving multiple jurisdictions.

She is qualified in the law of China, and has significant experience in helping international enterprises across various sectors in establishing their subsidiaries or branches in the PRC, as well as provides general legal advice to assist them in doing business in the PRC. Maggie also has substantial experience in helping clients in complex cross-border litigation matters between China and the United States.

Prior to joining Blank Rome, Maggie served as a paralegal at a Chinese law firm in Shanghai where she gained substantial experience on IPOs.

Maggie is fluent in writing and speaking Mandarin Chinese, as well as English.
