As Chief Financial Officer of Blank Rome LLP, Laurie Gerber is responsible for the firm’s financial operations, including budgeting, billing, pricing, collections, accounts payable, cash receipts, finance-related technology, and bank relationships.

Prior to her role as CFO, Laurie served for 12 years as the firm’s Director of Finance, Budget and Tax, where she managed all periodic and year-end closings; prepared monthly metrics to analyze practice group, attorney, and office performance and profitability; developed, implemented, and oversaw budget forecasts to support the firm’s strategic objectives; and managed tax-reporting initiatives.

Laurie earned her BS in Accounting from Drexel University’s College of Business and Administration. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
