What advice would you give to young lawyers? My advice to young lawyers is to be your most authentic self. A lot of us try to fit into a mold we think the profession dictates, while a lot of our value lies in the experiences we have before we even get into law. The key is to meld all of your experiences into your practice. Once you figure out how to do that things will be easier.
