Blank Rome Welcomes Tax and Estate Planning Associate in Philadelphia
Blank Rome LLP is pleased to announce that Andrew M. Logan has joined the Firm’s Tax, Benefits, and Private Client group as an associate in the Philadelphia office.
Andrew comes to Blank Rome from Wisler Pearlstine, LLP. He concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning and tax law, representing high-net-worth individuals and their families on the preservation and intergenerational transfer of wealth as well as closely held businesses on tax planning, mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, and general corporate matters.
Andrew is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and the United States Tax Court. He earned his LL.M. in Taxation with a certificate in Estate Planning from the Villanova University School of Law. He received his J.D. from Elon University School of Law and his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.
