Blank Rome Named to Bloomberg Law’s 2023 Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Framework
Blank Rome LLP is pleased to share that our firm has been named to Bloomberg Law’s 2023 Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (“DEI”) Framework. Blank Rome is one of 55 U.S.-based law firms recognized for its distinguished performance, scoring above the industry average in multiple areas, including recruitment and retention, business innovation and strategy, marketing, diversity and inclusion in the community, and disclosure.
The firm’s performance was assessed across more than 85 metrics, each associated with one of the Framework’s six core pillars: firm demographics, leadership and talent pipeline, recruitment and retention, business innovation and strategy, marketing, and diversity and inclusion in the community.
