Blank Rome Achieves 2022-2023 Mansfield Certification
Blank Rome LLP has achieved 2022-2023 Mansfield Certification after completing Diversity Lab’s yearlong Mansfield Rule 6.0 program. The Mansfield Rule certification process is designed to ensure that there is equal and fair opportunity for all qualified talent to be considered for firm leadership.
Blank Rome is one of 38 large firms who have participated in the certification process since the inaugural Mansfield Rule in 2017, and has received the Mansfield Certification for each subsequent iteration of the program.
To achieve 2022-2023 Mansfield Certification, participating law firms had to consider a broad slate of qualified talent for leadership positions and advancement opportunities. Additionally, Mansfield Certified firms enhanced transparency related to leadership roles, advancement processes, and compensation policies.
