Our program’s success reflects the commitment of our attorneys and dedicated recruiting committee, who facilitate meaningful work engagements, including client meetings, hearings, depositions, and closings; opportunities to participate in the firm’s pro bono and Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging initiatives, and significant professional and social interaction. Our program provides a rewarding and realistic introduction into both the practice of law at Blank Rome and our culture of learning, and we are consistently ranked in the top 10 in the American Lawyer Summer Associates Survey.
We actively recruit for top-level candidates to join our firm’s Boston; Chicago; Houston; Los Angeles; New York; Philadelphia;, and Washington, D.C., summer associate programs, and participate in various on-campus interviews at law schools across the country.
