Mark R. Haskell Named Exclusive 2024 Client Choice Award Winner by Lexology

For the second consecutive year, Blank Rome partner Mark R. Haskell has been named the exclusive winner of the Lexology Client Choice Award for Energy & Natural Resources USA – Washington, D.C., which is Lexology's only Client Choice Energy & Natural Resources national designation given for the United States.

The Lexology Client Choice Awards recognizes attorneys from around the world that “stand apart for the excellent client care they provide and the quality of their service.” Nominated strictly by corporate counsel, the award winners from this year hail from across 86 jurisdictions worldwide and were chosen from a pool of more than 2,000 individual client assessments. The criteria for this recognition focus on an ability to add “real value to clients’ business above and beyond the other players in the market.”

At Blank Rome, Mark advises his clients on matters related to the U.S. Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (“FERC”), including FERC investigations, litigation and related court appeals, and Commodity Futures Trading Commission investigations affecting the energy industry. Mark represents natural gas and power marketers, local distribution companies, end-users, producers, industrial consumers, liquefied natural gas and natural gas storage projects, and shale gas developers in energy regulatory matters. As an energy litigator, he handles administrative litigation for shippers affected by interstate natural gas pipeline rates, terms, and conditions of service.
