Blank Rome Named a 2021 Law Firm of the Year for Corporate Compliance by China Business Law Journal

China Business Law Journal Winner 2021

Blank Rome is proud to announce that the firm, which has a Representative Office in Shanghai, was named a 2021 Law Firm of the Year for Corporate Compliance by the China Business Law Journal, a distinction that the firm also received in 2020.

Blank Rome is one of eight international law firms recognized as a 2021 legal leader in the practice area of corporate compliance. According to the China Business Law Journal, this year’s winners under each category were determined by “examining thousands of votes and recommendations from domestic and international corporate counsel, decision-makers from management, legal academics and government officials, and taking into account significant transactions, cases or other notable achievements in which each firm has been involved in the past year.”

Notably, the China Business Law Journal observed that, due to the global pandemic and resulting economic downturn, resilience and flexibility were required in 2020 for law firms to not only maintain their own steady growth, but to also assist in the recovery of China’s real economy and all the commercial activities of business.
