Blank Rome Partner Adam E. Laver will speak at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s (“PBI”) 23rd Annual Real Estate Institute, being held December 5 and 6, 2019, at the PBI CLE Conference Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Adam’s panel, “Updates in Property Assessments and Assessment Appeals in the City of Philadelphia,” will take place on Friday, December 6, and he will be joined on the panel by Hon. Eugene E.J.
