Third Party Releases Panel

Blank Rome Partner Victoria A. Guilfoyle will speak at the Turnaround Management Association (“TMA”) Philadelphia/Wilmington Chapter’s 7th Annual Delaware CLE and Cocktails, being held Tuesday, September 17, 2019, from 3:00 to 6:30 p.m., in Wilmington, Delaware.

Tori will be part of an educational panel discussing third party releases and related topics. The panel discussion will take place from 3:30 to 5:00 p.m. and will cover topics of interest to turnaround professionals, including practical observations and lessons learned from the courtroom and the boardroom. There will be an interactive Q&A session at the end of the program.

Networking, cocktails, and light fare will follow the panel presentation.
