Third Circuit 2023 Educational Forum of the American College of Bankruptcy and Temple Beasley School of Law

Blank Rome partner Michael B. Schaedle is serving as co-chair of the Third Circuit 2023 Educational Forum of the American College of Bankruptcy and Temple Beasley School of Law, being held at Temple University Beasley School of Law in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, on Wednesday, November 8, 2023, from 1:00 to 4:30 p.m., with a cocktail reception to follow. There is a virtual option for those who can’t attend in person.

The Forum will consist of three one-hour sessions on important bankruptcy-related topics, including Subchapter V, student loans, and bankruptcy mediation.

Mike will join fellow program co-chair Lawrence Kotler (Partner, Duane Morris) and Professor Jonathan Lipson (Harold E. Kohn Chair and Professor of Law, Temple Beasley School of Law) at 1:00 for the program introduction to start the Forum.
