Blank Rome partner Michael I. Sanders will serve as a panelist for the New York University (“NYU”) Nonprofit Conference, Standards for Exemption: Old Rules, New World, being held October 20 and 21, 2022, in New York, New York, for law school professors and officials of the U.S. Treasury and Internal Revenue Service. 

Mike’s session, “Standards for Exemption: Commerciality,” will take place on Friday, October 21, from 9:00 to 10:30 a.m., and he will be joined on the panel by John D. Colombo, Research Professor at Illinois College of Law, and A.L. (Lorry) Spitzer, Counsel, Office of the General Counsel, Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
