Blank Rome Partner Jared Zola will speak at the 2019 Casualty Loss Reserve Seminar (“CLRS”), presented by the Casualty Actuarial Society and the American Academy of Actuaries, being held September 16 through 18, 2019, in Austin, Texas. 

Jared’s session, “MeToo and Sexual Abuse Implications on Employment Practices and General Liability,” will take place on Wednesday, September 18, from 9:45 to 11:00 a.m. He and co-presenter Joseph Kelly, Employment Practices Liability National Practice Leader at Sompo International, will discuss the MeToo movement as it relates to sexual abuse coverage issues within Employment Practices Liability and General Liability policies. Claims activity trends as a result of this movement will also be covered.
